At Grace & Glory, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a global 90-day return policy from the date your product is delivered.


General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Return shipping costs may vary depending on the customer’s country and the reason for the return.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, as they are determined by your local customs authorities.

We will provide you with the return address and, when applicable, a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

The item must meet the same conditions listed under our standard return policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
