Shipping Policy – Grace & Glory

At Grace & Glory, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe. This policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and is valid internationally.

1. Processing Time

All of our products require up to 7 business days for preparation before shipment, as each order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure premium quality.

This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Delivery Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time is between 4–7 business days, depending on your destination country and local shipping conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Please note that tracking information may take between 24–72 hours to update.


4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Import taxes, customs duties, and any additional charges applied by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for covering these charges directly with their local customs authorities.


5. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to pay customs duties/taxes, and the package is returned to us, we may reship the order once a new shipping fee has been paid.
